The deposit or full payment for an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this site. All rates are quoted in US Dollars. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by your local bank.
PAYMENT
Turkiyetours.com accepts Visa and Master Card as payment for all programs. A credit card authorization form is required for all transactions and faxed back to our number + 90-212 631 82 62. For security purposes, we require a photocopy of your credit card, your signature, billing address and home telephone number. No second-party credit cards will be accepted. Bank money transfers are accepted.
Prices do not include
- International flights between countries and domestic flights in Turkey unless stated in the itinerary.
- Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes
- Photography fees payable at admission sites
- Excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries
- All personal expenses incurred at hotels
- Customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion.
- Health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 3 weeks prior to departure, no cancelation fee will be charged.
- Between 21 days and 14 days 30% of the total cost will be charged as a cancelation fee
- Between 14 days to 6 days 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancelation fee
- Between 6 days to 2 days 70% of the total cost will be charged as a cancelation fee
- If less than two days no refund will be provided
- The group reservations cancellation policy will be advised at time of booking.
- Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND HOTELS
Ground transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private car, van, minibus, midibus or motor coach depending on the size of the traveling party.Hotels are listed in the applicable section of our Website. Unless otherwise specified, all rooms are "run of the house" of printing and may be changed without prior notice.
SEQUENCE OF TOUR PROGRAM
During the national and local holidays, certain periods of conventions, congresses and other unforeseen events, the Tour Operator may have to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary) in the sequence of the tour.
Tours that operate during holiday periods may necessitate changes in hotels and sightseeing. As museums schedules change, other visits may be substituted on day's museums are closed.
RESPONSIBILITY
Turkiyetours.com is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers, hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears Turkiyetours.com 's guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with.
All travel documents issued by Turkiyetours.com , in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than Turkiyetours.com is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives.
Any resulting difference resulting from customer's choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner's risk and luggage insurance is recommended.
RESERVATION DETAILS
- Payment details will be told to you with confirmation e-mail and those conditions will be valid for payments.
- When a client's reservation request is confirmed, clients are free to request to receive/see all necessary documents of their reservation and Turkiyetours.com guarantees this reservation.
- Turkiyetours.com does not have to report weather conditions without being asked by a client.
CANCELLATION TERMS FOR ONLY HOTELS BOOKING
1. Cancellations must be reported to our reservation department 72 hours before the check-in date/time. For this proper cancellation, the fee will only be the $15 pre-payment as a service charge.
2. For anything less than 72 hours, your reservation status will be "No-Show". In this case the cancellation fee will be one night's charge.
3. For group/multiple reservations, the fee is the total cost of the group for one night.
4. For no cancellation notification the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
5. If there is any refunds to be made to your credit card, the time required for a transaction is at least 15 working days. You agree to the Terms & Conditions of making any reservation through websites owned by Turkiyetours.com .
TERMS OF SERVICE - HOT RATE HOTEL RESERVATIONS ONLY
Credit cards for Hot Rate hotel reservations will be charged the full amount for the reservation including all taxes and applicable service fees at the time of booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled anytime within the appropriate hotels cancellations policy period at a charge indicated on the applicable website.
Upon arrival and check in at a hotel, you are responsible for the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed. Cancellations made after the hotel cancel policy period has lapsed or no shows will be charged according to the hotels cancellation policy (although the cancellation charge usually equals one nights room rate plus tax, you should look to the specific hotels policies for the exact charges that you may incur).
No contract will exist between you and Turkiyetours.com (or its affiliates) until Turkiyetours.com has sent you an email with a pre-payment voucher that you will present to the appropriate hotel at the time of your check in.
